Nothing ships by post — every purchase is delivered to your inbox.
There is no physical product and no postal shipping. When you buy a full-size file, the finished photo is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and you can also download it directly on the device you created it on.
Emails are sent automatically within a minute or two of a confirmed payment. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. If it's been more than an hour, tell us and we'll re-send it.
The finished photo is sent only to the address you entered at checkout. Please double-check it — we can't reach you a second time without it.
If an email bounces or never arrives, contact oldtimes1800s@gmail.com with the order id and we'll re-send it or refund you.
