Buying a download is a small, one-time charge. If something goes wrong, we sort it out quickly.
If your payment went through but you can't open or download your file, or the file arrives broken, contact us and we'll refund the full amount — no forms, no waiting.
You bought the file and later changed your mind. Because downloading is instant and the file is yours to keep forever, we'll refund your charge if you ask within 7 days and haven't yet downloaded the high-resolution file — it's the fair trade.
Email oldtimes1800s@gmail.com with the order id from your payment confirmation. Refunds are returned to the same card or UPI handle within a few business days.
We can't refund charges that failed, were reversed by your bank, or were made with a card or account that doesn't belong to you.
