An indie studio, built and run by an independent developer. Reach out any time — a real person answers.
Email oldtimes1800s@gmail.com for anything at all: a question, a problem with a download, a refund or cancellation request, or a suggestion for the studio. Please include your order id (from your payment confirmation) when writing about a purchase.
Prefer to talk it through? Call or message the studio on +91 91549 49291 — the same number reaches us on WhatsApp.
Replies usually land within 24–48 hours, and during Indian working hours often much sooner. If email is down, the same address makes its way to the inbox eventually — we check it every day.
Old TIMES is an independent photo-strip studio, designed and built by an indie developer in India. All purchases are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) via Razorpay's secure checkout, and every digital product is delivered instantly by email and direct download.
The only details we ever see are the email address you enter at checkout and what you choose to share in a review. That's all — we never ask for your phone number, your address or your payment details. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
