Nothing bikes off to a warehouse — your order is a digital download, so 'cancelling' has a slightly different shape than a usual store.
There's nothing to cancel before a payment. The preview and every part of creating your strip is free, and nothing is charged until you choose a size and confirm the one-time booth maintenance charge. You can stop at any point and nothing will be charged.
Because delivery is instant (you download the file right away and it's also emailed to you), a paid order can't be "cancelled" before it's delivered. What we offer instead is the same fair window as the refund policy: if you ask within 7 days and haven't yet downloaded the high-resolution file, we'll cancel the purchase and refund the full amount.
Email oldtimes1800s@gmail.com with the order id from your payment confirmation. The charge is reversed to the same card or UPI handle within a few business days.
Once the high-resolution file has been downloaded, the order is final — the file is yours to keep forever. This keeps digital products honest: we don't ask for the file back, and you don't ask for free copies.
